Citrus squonk mod Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the price shortlist
Citrus in Asunción: 7 units tested over 4 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
How to tell a good squonk mod from a repack
Most people searching Jouza Hookah in Asunción are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Citrus sounds like one product. It is not: a squonk mod running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 7 units, squonk mod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a citrus squonk mod really costs in Asunción
Citrus in a squonk mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Asunción the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested citrus in a squonk mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Gs41 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs2.36 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a squonk mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Asunción stocks.
- Buying the cheapest squonk mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should citrus start at?
Start at whatever Paraguay allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a squonk mod.
How long does citrus in a squonk mod last?
In Asunción we measured 4 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On citrus the budget price and the premium price can sit within Gs2.36 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
