Citrus pen device Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the cheap shortlist
Citrus in Asunción: 8 units tested over 5 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
Choosing a pen device for citrus
A citrus pen device from the cheapest options in Asunción costs about Gs3.11 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The honest read on citrus: 8 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: citrus in Asunción works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a citrus pen device really costs in Asunción
Ordering into Asunción usually means waiting 5–10 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested citrus in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Asunción accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options.

Frequently asked questions
Is citrus legal to sell in Paraguay?
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options.
Can I order Jouza Hookah online in Asunción?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 5–10 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does citrus taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the citrus blend itself harsh.
