Citrus cartomizer Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the deals shortlist
Citrus in Asunción: 19 units tested over 6 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
Choosing a cartomizer for citrus
Citrus cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 19 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Citrus prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs1.97 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long citrus tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a citrus cartomizer really costs in Asunción
The honest read on citrus: 19 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested citrus in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into Asunción.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Mixing citrus with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why citrus tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
