Citrus cartomizer Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the budget shortlist
Citrus in Asunción: 17 units tested over 7 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
Choosing a cartomizer for citrus
The honest read on citrus: 17 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Citrus in Asunción reaches the shelf in cartomizer formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: citrus in Asunción works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a citrus cartomizer really costs in Asunción
We run citrus the same way in Asunción: same cartomizer, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested citrus in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 17 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Asunción accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised Gs40 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs1.86 per 10 ml.
