How to tell a good 30 ml shortfill from a repack

Citrus in a 30 ml shortfill is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Asunción the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.

There is no single best way to buy Jouza Hookah in Asunción. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.

The short version: citrus in Asunción works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.

What a citrus 30 ml shortfill really costs in Asunción

Citrus in Asunción reaches the shelf in 30 ml shortfill formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.

How we tested citrus in a 30 ml shortfill

1. Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
2. Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
3. Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.

• Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in Asunción, since tanks and pods go first.
• Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
• The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
• Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into Asunción.

Where citrus goes wrong

• Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Asunción accept nicotine freight.
• Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
• Treating the advertised Gs49 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs2.63 per 10 ml.

The rules that apply here

Wholesale lines to Paraguay need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Retail sales in Paraguay sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
