Cherry cartomizer Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the budget shortlist
Cherry in Asunción: 10 units tested over 5 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
Coil life, liquid cost and the cherry habit
Cherry in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Asunción the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Ordering into Asunción usually means waiting 5–10 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long cherry tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cherry cartomizer really costs in Asunción
Cherry sounds like one product. It is not: a cartomizer running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested cherry in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a cherry bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where cherry goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cherry tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long cherry in Asunción survives.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Paraguay need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options. Shipping of nicotine to Asunción runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How long does cherry in a cartomizer last?
In Asunción we measured 5 to 10 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Asunción: about Gs3.27 per 10 ml liquid plus Gs53 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does cherry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the cherry blend itself harsh.
