Caramel zero-nicotine bottle Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the review shortlist — Asuncionjouza
Caramel in Asunción: 14 units tested over 4 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
What the label on Caramel is allowed to say
Caramel zero-nicotine bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 14 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
A caramel zero-nicotine bottle from the reviewed options in Asunción costs about Gs1.72 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the zero-nicotine bottle you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a caramel zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Asunción
We run caramel the same way in Asunción: same zero-nicotine bottle, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested caramel in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the zero-nicotine bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Asunción.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for zero-nicotine bottle in Asunción, since tanks and pods go first.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Gs34 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs1.72 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Asunción accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest zero-nicotine bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options.
Wholesale lines to Paraguay need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
