Caramel refill pack Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the price shortlist
Caramel in Asunción: 6 units tested over 7 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
Coil life, liquid cost and the caramel habit
The honest read on caramel: 6 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Caramel sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: caramel in Asunción works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel refill pack really costs in Asunción
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs2.12 per 10 ml.
How we tested caramel in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Asunción accept nicotine freight.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long caramel in Asunción survives.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options.
Packaging for caramel in Asunción must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
