If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a caramel RDA really costs in Asunción
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs1.76 per 10 ml.
How we tested caramel in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Mixing caramel with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Asunción accept nicotine freight.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long caramel in Asunción survives.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Asunción: about Gs1.76 per 10 ml liquid plus Gs64 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
How long does caramel in a RDA last?
In Asunción we measured 4 to 19 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
