The short version: caramel in Asunción works if the pod kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel pod kit really costs in Asunción
If you are looking at caramel in Asunción, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pod kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested caramel in a pod kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Asunción.
- Spare parts availability for pod kit in Asunción, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a pod kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a pod kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Asunción stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Asunción accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options.
Packaging for caramel in Asunción must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
