Caramel pen device Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the compare shortlist — Asuncionjouza
Caramel in Asunción: 7 units tested over 5 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Caramel in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Asunción the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The honest read on caramel: 7 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: caramel in Asunción works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel pen device really costs in Asunción
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs1.86 per 10 ml.
How we tested caramel in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long caramel in Asunción survives.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing caramel with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options.
Retail sales in Paraguay sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should caramel start at?
Start at whatever Paraguay allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
How long does caramel in a pen device last?
In Asunción we measured 5 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
