Caramel mesh tank Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the flat shortlist
Caramel in Asunción: 17 units tested over 4 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
What caramel costs in Asunción
If you are looking at caramel in Asunción, the first question is not strength. It is whether the mesh tank you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Caramel sounds like one product. It is not: a mesh tank running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: caramel in Asunción works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel mesh tank really costs in Asunción
A caramel mesh tank from the flat-rate options in Asunción costs about Gs3.39 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested caramel in a mesh tank
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Asunción.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a mesh tank arrives sealed but wrong.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Mixing caramel with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a mesh tank and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Paraguay sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On caramel the budget price and the premium price can sit within Gs3.39 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
How long does caramel in a mesh tank last?
In Asunción we measured 4 to 17 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
