Caramel mesh tank Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the cheap shortlist
Caramel in Asunción: 20 units tested over 8 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
How we tested Caramel mesh tank here
We run caramel the same way in Asunción: same mesh tank, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
A caramel mesh tank from the cheapest options in Asunción costs about Gs2.43 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 20 units, mesh tank, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a caramel mesh tank really costs in Asunción
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs2.43 per 10 ml.
How we tested caramel in a mesh tank
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Asunción.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a mesh tank and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest mesh tank available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised Gs54 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs2.43 per 10 ml.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a mesh tank cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Asunción: about Gs2.43 per 10 ml liquid plus Gs54 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Can I order Jouza Hookah online in Asunción?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 5–10 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
