Caramel e-liquid bundle Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the deals shortlist — Asuncionjouza
Caramel in Asunción: 23 units tested over 5 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
Coil life, liquid cost and the caramel habit
Caramel sounds like one product. It is not: a e-liquid bundle running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
We run caramel the same way in Asunción: same e-liquid bundle, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the e-liquid bundle you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a caramel e-liquid bundle really costs in Asunción
We run caramel the same way in Asunción: same e-liquid bundle, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested caramel in a e-liquid bundle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Asunción.
- Stock depth: 23 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a e-liquid bundle that then needs an adapter nobody in Asunción stocks.
- Ignoring the batch date on a e-liquid bundle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Asunción accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options.
Retail sales in Paraguay sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the e-liquid bundle units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On caramel the budget price and the premium price can sit within Gs2.71 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
How much does a e-liquid bundle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Asunción: about Gs2.71 per 10 ml liquid plus Gs44 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
