Caramel 30 ml shortfill Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the wholesale shortlist — Asuncionjouza
Caramel in Asunción: 16 units tested over 2 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
Choosing a 30 ml shortfill for caramel
Caramel in a 30 ml shortfill is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Asunción the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs2.08 per 10 ml.
The short version: caramel in Asunción works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel 30 ml shortfill really costs in Asunción
The honest read on caramel: 16 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested caramel in a 30 ml shortfill
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Stock depth: 16 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in Asunción stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Asunción accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Paraguay sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Paraguay need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On caramel the budget price and the premium price can sit within Gs2.08 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to Asunción?
Yes, tracked to 5–10 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
