Ordering Jouza Hookah to Asunción: the practical version
A candy pen device from the online options in Asunción costs about Gs3.39 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you are looking at candy in Asunción, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: candy in Asunción works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a candy pen device really costs in Asunción

How we tested candy in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every candy bottle shipped into Asunción.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where candy goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Gs56 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs3.39 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long candy in Asunción survives.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Paraguay sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options. Shipping of nicotine to Asunción runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Asunción: about Gs3.39 per 10 ml liquid plus Gs56 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does candy in a pen device last?
In Asunción we measured 2 to 24 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should candy start at?
Start at whatever Paraguay allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
