Candy pen device Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the guide shortlist
Candy in Asunción: 7 units tested over 4 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
How we tested Candy pen device here
Candy prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Asunción that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Gs2.56 per 10 ml.
The honest read on candy: 7 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long candy tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a candy pen device really costs in Asunción
If you are looking at candy in Asunción, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested candy in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a candy bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
Where candy goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why candy tastes flat after two days.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised Gs42 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs2.56 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for candy in Asunción must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Paraguay sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
