The short version: candy in Asunción works if the e-liquid bundle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a candy e-liquid bundle really costs in Asunción
We run candy the same way in Asunción: same e-liquid bundle, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested candy in a e-liquid bundle
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every candy bottle shipped into Asunción.
- Coil type inside the e-liquid bundle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 17 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where candy goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why candy tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a e-liquid bundle that then needs an adapter nobody in Asunción stocks.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long candy in Asunción survives.
The rules that apply here
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options. Shipping of nicotine to Asunción runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Paraguay sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a e-liquid bundle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Asunción: about Gs3.42 per 10 ml liquid plus Gs49 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On candy the budget price and the premium price can sit within Gs3.42 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
Why does candy taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the e-liquid bundle units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the candy blend itself harsh.
