Blackcurrant pen device Jouza Hookah in Asunción: the cheap shortlist — Asuncionjouza
Blackcurrant in Asunción: 18 units tested over 5 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Asunción.
What the label on Blackcurrant is allowed to say
Blackcurrant in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Asunción the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The honest read on blackcurrant: 18 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long blackcurrant tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested blackcurrant in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Asunción, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every blackcurrant bottle shipped into Asunción.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where blackcurrant goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised Gs64 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs2.23 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should blackcurrant start at?
Start at whatever Paraguay allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
Why does blackcurrant taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the blackcurrant blend itself harsh.
Is blackcurrant legal to sell in Paraguay?
Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options.
