How we tested Blackcurrant mesh tank here
A blackcurrant mesh tank from the cheapest options in Asunción costs about Gs1.85 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you are looking at blackcurrant in Asunción, the first question is not strength. It is whether the mesh tank you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: blackcurrant in Asunción works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a blackcurrant mesh tank really costs in Asunción
We run blackcurrant the same way in Asunción: same mesh tank, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested blackcurrant in a mesh tank
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a mesh tank arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for mesh tank in Asunción, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a blackcurrant bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where blackcurrant goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long blackcurrant in Asunción survives.
- Ignoring the batch date on a mesh tank and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Asunción accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here

Paraguay has a light regulatory footprint and flexible courier options. Shipping of nicotine to Asunción runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a mesh tank cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Asunción: about Gs1.85 per 10 ml liquid plus Gs49 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does blackcurrant taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the blackcurrant blend itself harsh.
How long does blackcurrant in a mesh tank last?
In Asunción we measured 9 to 22 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
