The short version: apple in Asunción works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a apple pen device really costs in Asunción
Apple pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 11 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested apple in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Paraguay, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every apple bottle shipped into Asunción.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Paraguay, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Asunción, since tanks and pods go first.
Where apple goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why apple tastes flat after two days.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised Gs44 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Gs1.91 per 10 ml.

Start at whatever Paraguay allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
